Mackenzie Fellow
Talia Stone is a River Pathways Mackenzie Fellow at Audubon Arizona. A 2018 graduate of the University of Arizona’s College of Social and Behavioral Studies, Stone has a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and a double-minor in Marine Science and Public Health. While at university, Stone was an intern for Students for Sustainability’s Greening the Game, a student-government program which pursues institutionalized sustainability at the University of Arizona. A month-long study abroad program in the Galapagos inspired to shift from a career strictly in sustainability to a career in the conservation field.
